HISTORY

We are Ezki, landscape and culture, the place which inspires our name is the ancient village of Esquide. The former inhabitants named this place because of its rare nature. A forest of lime trees existed in this zone, a native tree from other colder areas in the North.

The feature which makes our project stand out is the location of our vineyards, very near to the former site of the village of Esquide. Where one day, a man settled among the mountains and the river. Where he began to cultivate, intimately know and take care of his land.

Our goal is to preserve the legacy of our ancestors and provide added-value to a zone with an extraordinary wine-growing potential.
