Our goal is to represent our landscape by bottling it in a natural and sustainable way. Our wines are made in a traditional winery in the town of Viñaspre, between Yécora and Lanciego, just a few kilometers from our lands.
Something that defines us is the strict selection process of the grapes and the continuous taste tests that we carry out in all the processes, ranging from the decision of the harvest date to the final bottling time. The grape harvest is always done by hand in crates and small boxes. The grapes are quickly transported to the wine cellar and we use open racks and concrete tanks for the vinification.
We cultivate each plot on an individual basis and we carry out the coupage (ageing) processes required for the final wines. We use concrete and wood to age our wines without following any rules, our only critera is to seek the premium quality of the wine.
